Weight of the door will vary depending on size and design. A typical 3/0 X 8/0 door will weigh approximately 200-250 lbs.

All Doors are pre-hung on 8" wide X 2" thick jamb.

Other size jambs are available on a special order basis.

All doors come with tempered, insulated glass panels that open independently from the door to allow ventilation and ease of cleaning. A variety of glass options are available.

All doors come with a high quality, anti-corrosive, powder coated black finish. Custom faux finishes are available on a special order basis.

All doors are insulated with a high quality foam insulation that is pumped into the framing and into the body of the door.

Unless otherwise specified each of our doors will have a 2 1/8" bore, a 2 3/8" backset and will be 5 1/2" center to center.

Double door units will have extension flush bolts to lock the inactive door unit. One flush bolt will lock into the top of the door frame and the other one will lock into the threshold or floor.

Stock doors can be delivered in 6 weeks or sooner. Special order doors could take up to 10 weeks depending on the design intricacy of the unit.

The builder will need to frame the rough opening 1 1/2" wider and 2" higher that the actual door jamb size on stock/standard doors.

With custom door orders the builder must provide us with the rough opening size and the desired swing of the unit.

All exterior doors installations come complete with threshold and weather-stripping.
